Common questions

How do I verify my email?

After signing up, you'll receive a verification email from OM Events. Tap "Verify my email" to confirm. If you didn't get it, open the app and tap "Resend verification email" from the banner on the home screen.

I've forgotten my password — what now?

On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password" and enter your email. We'll send you a branded reset link valid for 1 hour. Click it to choose a new password.

How do I become an organiser?

In the app go to Profile → Apply as Organiser. Fill in your details (organisation, event type, typical event size, location) and submit. Our team reviews most applications within 1–2 working days.

How do I book a stall at an event?

Open the event in the app, choose a stall type, pick a date (for recurring markets), add any extras, and pay securely in-app. You'll receive a confirmation email with your digital stall ticket and unique stall number.

How do I get a refund?

Refund policies are set by individual event organisers. For tickets you bought, contact the organiser through the app first. For payment issues you can't resolve, email us and we'll help mediate.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → Delete Account. Your profile and credentials are removed, active subscriptions cancelled, and past tickets/reviews anonymised. If you have upcoming events as an organiser, cancel them first so attendees can be refunded. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

I can't open the app — how do I contact you?

Email support@openmarketevents.com. Include your account email and a brief description of what's happening. We aim to respond within one working day.
